Description
Yosemite National Park's Yosemite Falls. At a total height of 2,425 feet, it is the highest waterfall in Yosemite National Park and the 5th highest in the world. The falls consists of three sections. The first is Upper Yosemite Falls and it drops 1,430 feet, The next are the Middle Cascades. They are a series of smaller plunges that in total drop 675 feet. The bottom is Lower Yosemite Fall and it plunges 320 feet to Yosemite Creek which in turn flows to the Merced River.
